Excellent communication. I LOVE that y’all actually show me the physical proof that my car is in need of a repair before I agree to scheduling an appointment. Transparency is unmatched. Your waiting room is top-tier. I appreciate that y’all keep records of my car’s past repairs and suggested maintenance as well. All the employees have always been personable and friendly, every single time I’ve visited. Service with a smile!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. After having maintenance done elsewhere, my check engine light came on almost immediately with a P0420 catalytic converter code. Naturally, I was worried that I was facing an expensive repair and wanted someone I could trust to give me an honest assessment. From the moment I brought my van in, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. Instead of jumping straight to replacing expensive parts, they took the time to properly diagnose the problem and explain what they were finding every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, and I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. They ultimately fixed the issue (which did end up being the catalytic converter), and my van is running great. After the stress of not knowing whether I was dealing with a major repair, it was such a relief to find a shop that values honesty, quality workmanship, and customer service. Finding a mechanic you can truly trust is rare, and I feel very fortunate to have found one. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be returning for future maintenance and repairs. I had a fantastic experience with Miller Brothers Auto Repair. They were incredibly kind and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The review of the repairs needed was thorough and my vehicle was returned to me like new! The complimentary loaner vehicle was very clean and in great condition allowing me to continue with my day-to-day while they work on fixing my vehicle. They also went above and beyond by working directly with my warranty company to make sure all the available benefits were used, including arranging dentless repair. Their prices are reasonable, and I truly appreciated the care they took with my vehicle. I had my oil change done elsewhere where I learned of needed repairs and was not comfortable with what was being quoted, the cost, and if everything really needed to be done. This second quote certainly made me feel better on what was actually needed, including a fair price for work performed at a master tech level. Erik and Scott made sure everything was handled properly, and I feel confident trusting them with any service my vehicle needs going forward. I was referred to by my Mom after she had a positive experience, and I’m so glad I found a place where I can build a long-term relationship for my car care. Highly recommend!

The employees at Miller Brothers never disappoint. I always get a thorough inspection on my car when I bring it in. I can definitely trust there judgement when they are sending me digital photos of the issues with my inspection review! Everyone there is always polite and happy to help! Not to mention I can usually work out getting a loaner vehicle while they are working on mine, which is a big win for me!

Top-notch service from start to finish. We went for it an oil change and an oil change on our onboard generator. They noticed our tires were over inflated and corrected that free of charge. They gave us a list of other things, including air filter replacement, which we passed on for now. But depending on how much work it is to take down everything to get to them, we may just bring it back and have those done by the shop! These guys are awesome. They’ve done lots and lots of work on our other cars and my daughter and son-in-law‘s car. They actually bring you into the shop to show you things even though I have no idea how thick a brake pad should be.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple days and I waited for an oil change. They were fast and efficient. They gave a comfortable waiting area as well.

Fantastic service!!! They are fully transparent on all of their work. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They brought me back to look at my vehicle and explained to me at that time. I really did not need my tires rotated which saved me about $50. I really appreciate the honesty at Miller Brothers Auto repair!

Miller Brothers delivers. There were two repairs suggested at my regular oil change. I appreciate the opportunity Miller Bros provides to keep my (13 year-old!!!) Honda in great running condition.

The team at Miller Brothers was fantastic! They got us in and out super quickly and were able to accommodate a lot of work on a tight schedule. They have great communication and amazing customer service!

I brought my GMC truck in there and they diagnosis the problem and fixed it and kept me in the loop the whole time. Shout out to tech Johny and Erik for his communication. It was all done at a fair price by some highly experienced technicians.

TPMS went on just past Not Justa’. Quick u-turn and a google search for tire repair and pulled into Miller Brothers. I was greeted with a smile and a “yes, we can get you in”. The tire was repaired and we were back on our way to the cabin. I’d recommend this spot to anyone, by the stars, so would everyone else.

I trust Miller Brothers auto to give me an honest and correct diagnosis of what’s wrong. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. I like that their building is kept clean and their waiting room offers coffee.

Customer service here is absolutely exceptional. As soon as I brought my vehicle in, they instantly made me feel at ease and got the issues fixed, same day. They really go above and beyond.

Customer service was great. Ian was very friendly and helpful. Waiting area had refreshments for you while waiting. Liked how you got to go back and actually see what was needed for your vehicle. Felt the prices were very reasonable. Ian even gave my grandson a match box car which made him very happy. Would definitely recommend them.
